My evaluation for musicarts.com The place do I begin? First, horrible customer support. Each time I name in, the reps appear to have an perspective like I'm inconveniencing them. Secondly, for the second month in a row, they've simply taken cash from my account, with out prior authorization. They said that they do not want it, since my account is in collections. That is the worst enterprise observe I've EVER skilled. I by no means agreed to them taking out $100 each two weeks, but they proceed to take action. They need to be ashamed and I'll NEVER EVER hire from this horrible enterprise once more. Once I known as in to voice my issues, the reps had no sympathy. Completely dissatisfied with this firm. BEWARE!!
