Zero stars was not an option

My review for petlife.com Zero stars was not an option. Ordered a medical product for my pet in Nov. Did not receive it until Jan. By Jan. the item was no longer needed. I tried the online return. I called the company 6 times. Only to hear music, and then the phone went dead. I also sent an email to the company asking for help. No reply. 30 days has passed since I have tried to get help, and no response from them. I am out $40.00 with a product I sadly do not need

This is the most despicable company I…

My review for petlife.com This is the most despicable company I have ever dealt with. BUYER BEWARE. They couldn’t care less about their customers. They won’t acknowledge or respond to your emails. They don’t return phone calls. Call customer service and after 25 mins on hold they prompt you to leave a v-mail. So - they have wasted a half hour of your time and then you are told to leave a v-mail which they will NEVER return. This company SUCKS!

Horrible company

My review for petlife.com Horrible company. I will never order from them again. It took almost 3 weeks to ship my order. I left 2 messages for customer service (they don’t answer the phone) and sent 2 emails. NO RESPONSE. I had no idea if the order would ever ship. There is a reason why they reviews aren’t enabled on their website.

They need a ZERO star!

My review for petlife.com They need a ZERO star! I have tried contacting them several times because a bee house did not get received with the proper accessories. I have tried email, phone calls, chat, you name it. Sick and tired of their lack of care. I will be returning all products and I have reported them to my credit card company that the items have been returned.

Rip off

My review for petlife.com I bought some dog food last week and order confirmed. Emailed me a few hours later saying out of stock (didnt know that when I ordered???) Say they refunded my money to a CC that hasnt been open for 6 mos. Showed them the debit card I used . Was told nothing could be done. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. this company should fail

I purchased items totaling over $50 to…

My review for petlife.com UPDATE:I left a message on the companies answering machine. Weird that it didn't state the name of the company and that concerned me. I also left an email and surprisingly they got back to me a few days informing me that my purchases were actually shipped out. When I received them, I reversed my stop payment. The company needs to do a better job of informing it's customers of the lead time they take to send product out and they need to do a better job of sending the invoice or receipt to the customer as soon as the credit card is charged. Seemed very shady but I did get my products and they were ok. ORIGINAL REVIEW:I purchased items totaling over $50 to get free shipping. Credit card was immediately charged but a week later, no invoice, no product. No one answering their phone lines. Not impressed! I think this might be a scam company. Buyer Beware.
