My assessment for 123lens.nl Voor het eerst bij deze webshop besteld. Helaas bleken de proteïneverwijderingstabletten niet op te lossen in de lenzenvloeistof. Gemaild met deze klacht. Ik kreeg geen inhoudelijke reactie op de klacht, maar wel per mail een retourlabel. Bestelling teruggestuurd en full aankoopbedrag terug gekregen. Dat is een nette afhandeling van een klacht. Enig puntje is nog dat het handig zou zijn om een korte inhoudelijke reactie te sturen. Ik kreeg uiteindelijk een 'volgens afspraak storten we het aankoopbedrag terug'. Maar voor mij was het op dat second nog steeds gissen of ik het bedrag terug kreeg gezien er geen inhoudelijke reacties op twee eerdere mails kwam. Daarom vier in plaats van 5 sterren.
