Review Description: Was so excited about these items, but the quality wasn't good and the delivery was 4 weeks late! When I was trying to cancel the order since they weren't shipping on time, they wouldn't respond. The product broke as soon as I tried it on. For $60+, the top was absolutely not worth it. Avoid!

Review Description: Waited months to get my order, emailed the company multiple times some not even getting a follow up. Clothes arrived cheaply printed designs looked nothing like the pictures and one piece came torn. I wanted to return some items and PAID shipping and tracking myself only to get ghosted by the company. $400 down the drain, super disappointed, do NOT recommend this company.

Review Description: I have seen others on SOME getting their orders, but mine is gone. I have ordered over 3 weeks ago and never gotten a shipping mail. I have been texting with them on Instagram, but the response is poor and really slow and nothing has happened yet. They do not respond on their support mail. I think this firm is a scam and I have just lost over 100 dollars.....

Review Description: Finally received my >$300 order after about a month from order date. One of the items arrived defective with a sticker at the position on the seam which was not stitched properly and looks to be coming apart. I sent photos detailing the issue. I emailed 3 times since it was received and no one has responded to day.

Review Description: AVOID BIG SCAM!!!! 13 days after placing my order, they didn't event send a confirmation email. They lost my order and came up with organisational issues like our team is too small to be able to meet your needs. I had to go through PayPal to have my money back. The customer services doesn't reply to your email don't lose time. I reached out to PayPal which help me out to have my money BACK. An advice avoid this business.

Review Description: I ordered over $300 worth of items on 10/3/2022 and still have yet to receive any notice of it shipping. They guaranteed delivery before Halloween and I'm unable to get ahold of anyone to inquire. I'm going to have to dispute the charge with my credit card at this point.

Review Description: It’s been two and a half weeks since I placed my order. Paid for expedited shipping and contacted the badinka team regarding my deadline. As of 10/05/2022 it was still pending dispatch with their “high priority” team. Trying to get a response back from their support took days. So unfortunate. Was excited to get new festival gear. Ended up asking them to cancel my order which they had no issue with so I bet they never started on my order. Now let’s see how long it takes me to get refunded.

Review Description: They don't really do free returns. I paid $57 for a shirt and to do a return I had to ship it back internationally. Thankfully it was very light but shipping it back was still $17. I also wasn't refunded for the shipping to me, $13, meaning in the end I only got back $27 -- less than half! Note that if you use a discount code, which they offer a few dollars off very casually at checkout, you can't return the item.Not to mention the shirt took 2 months to arrive even though their website claimed it would be 1-2 weeks.

Review Description: After waiting several months and rude emails from customer service, I received the wrong item. I have evidence I ordered trousers in emails and online and they are telling me I ordered a top and I need to pay to send back. I would advise shopping local for festival wear as they are rude, unhelpful and do not care for the customer.
