I want to take a moment to share my experience with Beary Kids, as I feel it's important for others to be aware of my situation. I ordered a child’s ball pit and ball set from bearykids.com on 09/05/2020 and paid $159.98 using my credit card. However, despite reaching out to the merchant on 10/17/2020 and again on 10/20/2020, I have not received the item. The tracking details provided only show the status as “In Transit”. Upon further investigation, I discovered that the merchant's website absolves them of responsibility for lost goods unless the item is confirmed as “Delivered” by USPS or if the wrong shipping address was entered. In my case, the item is still in transit, and my shipping address was correct, leaving the merchant accountable for the lost item. Despite charging my card in full, I have not received the goods, which feels like a fraudulent transaction. What's more concerning is that I found other consumers with similar complaints about undelivered goods from this merchant on a separate BBB profile, albeit under a different location. It seems that the merchant has wrongfully taken money from others in a similar manner. I hope my experience serves as a cautionary tale for others considering purchasing from Beary Kids.
