Don’t think you are buying from Belk- Deceptive

My review for belk.com I ordered 2 items from Belk On line, A formal gown, and a blue jean vest. The gown came in 3 sizes less than ordered, and the vest was not true to size. SO I drove to the local store to return both items with receipt in hand. Return of gown was no problem, but little did I know that the vest was from a 3rd party Non Belk supplier.. upon it being pointed out to me at the retail store because they could not make the return.. it simply said Belk marketplace. Well unless you know better, My assumption is and would be Belk's on line presence, Not an entirely different company. With entirely different return policies. After I searched for the contact info. It took 2 days to get a response from what sounded like a home number voice mailbox. Where I had to leave a detailed message and wait for a return message and after two calls and 2 days I get an email with the method of return. Ship it back at my cost. for an Item that is too small and not true to size. Shipping cost almost 10.00 for a 30$ item. Belk do better!!.. At least let people know on the original item listing that it is 3rd party seller and who it is and don't deceive people that they are buying from Belk. I shopped your site specially for quality and easy return to my local store if it wasn't right. Fool me once! At least Walmart list the 3rd party sellers name right up front on the item page. I wont be back
