Review Description: I was to receive flowers on 12/16/2022 for my birthday and never received them. I called Blooms Today customer service but they were closed so sent messages. I got a confirmation email that flowers were delivered on 12/17/2022 and I replied back that flowers were never received. Later I got an email that the order was cancelled and I would receive a refund and I see the Groupon fee was also cancelled. Horrible service from this company and what a disappointment without any explanation or apology.

Review Description: So I got the flowers delivered on the day. I spent a lot of money. Over 100 and the bouquet she received was embarassing. I wish I could attach the picture. It had cheap flowers like grocery store level, and a clear small vase with a ribbon around it. I will never use them again. I was so upset

Review Description: This company is a bag of Hammers. They take your order, promise same day delivery and once the order is paid for an E-Mail soon follows saying they can't deliver that day. When you call to express your frustration all they can say is "sorry about that". The sales person said they would create an incident and that a manager would contact me to discuss....crickets. I will never deal with Bloom again!!

Review Description: They have zero integrity. They said flowers were delivered! In middle of night and just before funeral services they emailed not delivered. How can they say (already delivered) and can’t deliver? Too late for me to get flowers in time. Wonder if will get refund. Customer service was rude and cut me off.

What was sent was not what I ordered and not at all for the amount of money I spent. I've read they use local florists to create but the ball was dropped somewhere! Review Description: If possible, I would leave negative stars. Ordered flowers on Wed, to be delivered Fri... received an email on Fri at 5 pm, order can't be delivered because of the location (which I have had flowers delivered to before) and was cancelled.
