Upon contacting Bluestein.de, I was assured that I would receive a full refund, including the shipping cost, for the faulty product. However, the return process was far from seamless. Despite returning the item and multiple reminders, I have yet to receive a complete refund. While Bluestein.de did refund the original order shipping fee on September 5, 2023, I am still awaiting the refund for the return shipping, as promised. The entire ordeal has been riddled with unfulfilled promises and a lack of proper resolution. Despite my continuous efforts to communicate with Bluestein.de and seek a satisfactory solution, the issue remains unresolved as of November 7, 2023. As a customer, I expected transparency, accountability, and prompt resolution of issues. Unfortunately, my experience with Bluestein.de has fallen short of these expectations.
