Review Description: It's sad that such a nice brand has such a low-level service in their shop.Return policy is really complicated and costs the customer twice as much. Costs for shipping are OK imo, but adding a fee on it is too much.Then, when you contact them, they don't always answer and mostly they answer in English, even if you wrote to them in German.I still like their products, but I will neither recommend the shop to others nor order anything over this shop again.

Review Description: I wish I had known what an awful company this is to deal with. It took them over a week to respond to my email inquiry (they don't answer their phones), only to refer me back to the return process on their website. As another reviewer said - unused products only, 10% restocking fee, and I PAY FOR SHIPPING! What a joke. I hope this company goes down, hard. Will never buy another product from them again, online or in person.

Review Description: I ordered a coffee grinder. I got a broken one. Ask for a return in 30 min after delivery.I have been asked for 10% restocking fee plus pay for shipping? From Canada? For a faulty, UNUSED product? I can order on Amazon or locally with instant delivery and proper customer service. There are hundreds of priducts to choose from, You want to stand out with a great product not with a terrible customer service and unnecessary complicated and expensive return policy. AVOID. YOU WILL THANK ME LATER!

Review Description: Zero customer service. Broken coffee jug delivered. I messaged Bodum accordingly and was asked to provide photos of item, proof of purchase and all my contact details. I was also told that sending another email would result in my being put to the back of the queue! Very intimidating. I sent all the information which Bodum requested on 7th Dec 2022 and have not heard from them since. Bodum have effectively stolen my money! This is totally unacceptable and I am now at a loss as to how to get a replacement or a refund.
