After purchasing hotel vouchers from them, I never received the services. They heavily promoted their vouchers on social media, only to go out of business shortly after and leave customers like myself in the lurch. I've been trying to get a refund for two hotel vouchers totaling EUR 511, but my emails to customer service have gone unanswered. I've even filed official complaints with the Florida Attorney General's Office and the FBI. It's incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
