Anna tried to help but I guess we both were unaware of "my" failure to choose Shop Pay. I skipped that option. I didn't know I had to choose Shop Pay or PayPay, etc. I thought I had to be a member of those entities. Finally I got it right. I am a senior who rarely buys online. Anna was very patient with me.
