Review Description: Very unhappy with the service. I was charged shipping when it was supposed to be FREE. Was also charged an exuberant amount for bed spreads, shams and a table cloth. FAR FROM the original price, so an expensive mistake. I should at least be credited my shipping charge. Also the full price charged for items returned.

Review Description: I experienced the same as many of the reviewers, I received a defective curtain panel (after it taking two months to get the panels) the customer folks allowed me to return the one panel and promised a reorder, after two months of runaround I cancelled the reorder (which was now backordered) and was told that I could not get a refund or return the first panel.

They shipped my order that should have been shipped to illinois ended up New York. One of their customers received my order- she called me from the packing slip in the box. When I contacted customer service they replied “ sorry you ordered the wrong product please return to us at no cost.” How could I return something I never received.
