Ik had niks: verkeerd bezorgd. Gebeld en gemaild naar Budgetplant en DPD. Tien dagen later had ik meer mails dan het aantal bestelde plantjes van Budgetplant. Geen enkele keer sorry of wat er op moet lijken: ze konden er niks aan doen en DPD reageerde niet op hun contactpogingen. Ik moest maar proberen het te halen op het bezorgadres. Geen compensatie, geen geld terug. En nog steeds geen plantjes. En intussen was ik voor Yvette die ik gesproken had en die mij mailde nog steeds onpersoonlijk 'meneer/mevrouw'.
