I have to share my disappointing experience with canvasx.net. I made a purchase and the moment the business received the payment, everything came to a standstill. No product was shipped, and I never received a tracking number, despite paying an extra $40 for a 3-14 day delivery and guaranteed protection against lost/damaged items. Checking their website, my order remained in the "Paid/Unfulfilled" status for over a month without any change. Repeated attempts to contact them via email over several weeks resulted in no response. Finally, I had to open a dispute with PayPal, but even they couldn't elicit any response from the company. After a few more frustrating weeks, PayPal stepped in and refunded the amount. While I'm grateful for the refund, I would have much preferred receiving the item I originally purchased. My advice to others is to steer clear of this company.Refunded, Relieved, and Wiser!
