Provided fake tracking number

The tracking number appeared invalid, showing a delivery in another state dating back to July. Understandably disheartened, I reached out to the team at Catherines to seek clarity and resolution. It's natural to feel frustrated in these situations, but I was met with a prompt and understanding response from the customer service team. Despite the initial confusion, they effectively addressed my concerns and provided me with the accurate tracking information that I needed. I was relieved to see my package arrive, accompanied by the correct tracking details, finally putting my worries to rest. Provided fake tracking number

My review for catherines.com Placed a order on Oct 11 to Catherines. Received a confirmation that the order had been shipped on Oct 13 with a tracking number. So, I checked the tracking number. It said tracking number is a dublicate and item was delivered on July 22, in another state with a photo of my ordered item attached. So, I emailed them on Oct 17 stating the issue. They sent me back a email saying sorry for the confusion the item hasn't been shipped yet. So, I sent a request for cancellation due to the fact that this was ordered for a special event and seeing reviews, they have issues with getting out orders. They responded saying they cannot cancel because the item was sent out Oct 13. I sent another email reminding them they had sent me a email saying it had NOT been shipped. So they were either lying now or then. I then requested a correct tracking number if it had been shipped. This is the point I'm with them. I will update any progress. This is a warning for anyone considering shopping with Catherines. Edit: The item arrived today along with a email they sent with the correct tracking. All this could had been avoided if they had just sent the correct tracking (supposedly, I haven't checked to confirm). Instead they sent the message saying it hadn't been shipped. Horrible customer service. I don't plan to ever order from them again.

Horrible credit card and customer service

I've been using this credit card for a few years now, and I can honestly say it's been a great experience. The rewards and perks are fantastic, and I've never had any issues with using the card for my purchases. The customer service has always been helpful and responsive whenever I've had any questions or concerns. One time, I did encounter a problem with a return not being credited back to my account, which resulted in a late fee. However, after reaching out to the customer service team, they quickly resolved the issue and credited my account, ensuring that I didn't incur any unnecessary charges. Horrible credit card and customer service

My review for catherines.com Be careful of the credit card. I used this credit card in 2023 time before that was 2020. When I uses credit card in 2023 I returned all merchandise but the store didn't add 5cent of my total to credit back my account (I didn't even notice this til I got a statement for late fee balance)...how scandalous is that. I'll never use this card or shop this company again. Now I'm going back/fourth with the company. This world is full of rip offs. Credit my account so there's no late fee "Lane Bryant"!

I ordered the same bra I have used for…

My review for catherines.com I ordered the same bra I have used for years only to find skinny boning in the sides and less padding around the underwires. I was nearly in tears after wearing it at work all day. I had to cut the boning out but there was no relief from the lack of underwire padding. Now I am back to searching for another company that makes a comfortable 36H bra. I am so unhappy with this company right now. Customer service was terrible when I called them.

My review for catherines.com Communication in Chat - HORRIBLE!!!! I have a pair of jeans (worn once) that are defective! I've contacted Lane Bryant to inform them of this. I was told that a refund was issued in the chat feed; however, they can't send an email confirming the refund. This is crazy!! It takes 2 seconds to send an email to anyone anywhere in the world. Also, I have an account with them and the refund is shown there either. Who wants to pay for defective merchandise? I just want my money back!
