My review for catit.co.uk I ordered an automatic cat feeder from catit in February. After 6 months it kept getting blocked and stopped releasing any cat biscuits. The motor which is pretty flimsy seemed to have stopped working. I have been using Whiskers cat biscuits for the entire time. When I contacted them, they asked me to send a picture of the cat biscuits next to a ruler, they then said that the biscuits were all different sizes and one of the cat biscuits on the photo was bigger than 9mm and therefore would block the feeder (even though that particular biscuit didn't block the feeder!!). An extremely unhelpful response and a huge waste of money. I wouldnt bother buying this product unless you are prepared to check all your cat biscuits to ensure there isnt any rogue 9mm plus ones in there!No Results Found
