My evaluation for cayskin.com As an individual of color with vitiligo, I had excessive hopes for this, as now we have little or no illustration… however boy oh boy was this unhealthy. I attempted so laborious to love it, however there's something that I can’t fairly establish that makes my eyes burn like nothing I've ever skilled earlier than (and no, I didn’t put truly on my eyes) It received so unhealthy someday at work that I needed to go dwelling to take away my make-up and correctly wash my face. When I received my order, I noticed that the packaging was faulty and none of the units were sealed properly. The lip balm arrived open and looked used, and the face lotion was set to expire in 2023 instead of the expected 2024. I reached out to CaySkin through email, as there was no phone contact for customer service. While I received an email from them acknowledging my request for a return and refund, I never heard back from them after that. Despite sending follow-up emails, I didn't receive any response. It's disheartening, especially since their website states that they will gladly issue a refund if customers are not satisfied with their products. I am extremely disappointed in the way CaySkin handled my concerns. I have not used their product due to the unsatisfactory condition in which it was delivered.
