Although finding a jeweler who could handle a Raymond Weil proved to be a challenge, I successfully had the battery replaced on December 22nd. This simple fix resolved the issue, and I promptly forwarded the scanned copy of the bill for the battery repair to Chronostore for reimbursement. Unfortunately, despite my diligent follow-ups, I have yet to receive the £35 refund for the battery replacement. I encountered numerous excuses, from staff turnover to limitations on refund methods, ultimately leaving me feeling disheartened by the lack of support and commitment to their warranty policy. While the watch itself and the initial service were remarkable, the post-purchase experience has been disappointing.
