Sadly, it does appear to have potential...however 5 years later the product remains to be crap. We purchased the Cinder in Dec 2021... Buyer Service is ineffective, they beneficial utilizing baking paper (which turns right into a liquid mess, you probably have tried it) or shopping for new plates for USD 149. I like to recommend anybody on the lookout for an indoor grill that may really make their life easier to discover the Ninja Foodi Grill as an alternative. Cinder has potential, however the present product is horrible, the app is glitchy and filled with bugs, and the customer support is just not even conscious that the app is down.
