My overview for climatuo.it Non comprate da questo sito se non volete buttare i soldi. Ordino un boiler e arriva il pacco, apparentemente integro. Appena aperto mi accorgo che l'imballo in polistirolo all'interno period distrutto e la scocca in plastrica period rotta. A questo punto faccio una foto del danno e mando una mail chiedendo un cambio dell'intero prodotto, visto che aveva chiaramente subito forti colpi durante la spedizione. Loro decidono di inviare soltanto il pezzo di plasica, nonostante una mail di reproduction in cui chiedo nuovamente il cambio/reso. A questo punto verifico meglio il boiler che, come sospettavo, period molto danneggiato anche in altri punti. Chiamo più volte il servizio clienti che nega cambi e resi, sostenendo "sospetto" il fatto che abbia notato il danno così tardi. Non propongono nemmeno una soluzione, ma ripetono come un disco rotto che non possono sbilanciarsi. Esperienza negativa e soldi buttati. Un servizio così indecente lascia davvero increduli. G
