Review Description: This seller is fine until you have a problem with the order. I received my item which didn't fit properly and in order to return the item and even exchange the item for a better fit, customers are penalized with return shipping costs and a return fee. Also, the customer service line is always busy, and when you get an agent, they are not very friendly. I had to wait two weeks after they received my return for them even to contact me about the exchange. I am never ordering from this seller again. Amazon is the alternative.

Review Description: I ordered compression sleeves11/25, for severe edema following my humerus fracture. I paid extra for priority mail to have it delivered in 2-4 days, and now am told they won't be delivered for another 4 days, 10 days since order. This is shameful and inadequate for a medical supply company! I do NOT recommend ordering supplies here if you need them quickly!

Review Description: First, you should know that you can not return any items for refund. Second, they will send a product different than the one you ordered if they are out of the one you ordered. Third, I highly recommend ordering elsewhere because two of the three products I ordered looked used. Lastly, if you try to go through customer service just be aware that you are wrong and they are always right. I will avoid this company like the plague.

Review Description: Avoid this company. I placed an order and it never came, it was returned to them because the address was nonexistent. I know I ordered with my address. They would not ship to me without absurd shipping charges. When I said credit me, they charged shipping and restocking for stockings I never received! I disputed with my credit card. Long time customer who would be a lifetime customer due to lymphedema. The worst is that they are rude. Run!

Review Description: This company has the worst customer service. Their policies are insane. I paid $33 for 1 day shipping and they sent it 4 days later, refused to refund. They have huge restocking fees if you try to return something they will charge you and only give you in-store credit. This company is after your money in any way they can trick you out of it with their “policies” this is a garbage company and I hope they go out of business for taking advantage of people.
