To add insult to injury, they claimed it was the correct item all along. According to them, the incorrect image, headline, and description on their website were the issue, despite the product code allegedly indicating the cheaper model. Yes, the model number on their website corresponds to a different webcam, but Comstar actually sells both models and has a separate page for the correct one with the right details. It's not a stretch to suggest that maybe only the model code on the first page was incorrect, right? I raised this point three times with their support team, only to be ignored each time. Even as of today (April 3, 2023), the better model still shows the cheaper model's model number, and the cheaper model has two pages, one with the incorrect information. It's been a frustrating experience, and I hope Comstern takes this feedback to heart and tightens up their product listings to avoid misleading customers in the future. D
