Incredible Customer Support Experience with Consentmanager I cannot emphasize enough how grateful I am for the remarkable customer service experience I had with Consentmanager. From the moment we signed up for the "Agency" annual license in August 2023, the team was incredibly enthusiastic about onboarding us and understanding our specific needs. What stood out to me was their willingness to accommodate our request to switch to a monthly contract, which they promptly confirmed. However, when we decided to terminate the contract in September and requested confirmation of the end of the agreement, the response was dishearteningly nonexistent. It was frustrating to receive a bill at the end of the month and to have our request for confirmation of contract termination ignored. Despite highlighting the verbally agreed upon switch to a monthly basis, the lack of response from the customer service team was disappointing. The most disappointing aspect was the complete silence from the customer service team despite multiple attempts to reach out via email and phone calls. This level of customer service was not what we expected, especially given the "Support via Ticket, Email & Phone" that was marketed as part of the Agency package we had subscribed to. The latest disappointment came when we received yet another bill for the following month despite not using the Consentmanager service. This experience has led me to reconsider recommending Consentmanager based on the service received. **Update after 30 days in response to Consentmanager:** I want to clarify that my review is not intended to pressure the team but is simply a reflection of the experience I had. Despite your claims, I did not receive any response even after leaving messages on the voicemail, including my contact number. It would have been more constructive to address my concerns directly rather than focusing solely on public relations. I am still open to resolving this matter and would appreciate a response to my previous attempts to contact you. B

Communication breakdowns persisted, with multiple unanswered emails, calls diverted to voicemail, and callbacks unheeded. The service, advertised to offer support via ticket, email, and phone, remained elusive. Such a disheartening experience, particularly under the "Agency" package we had invested in for quality support. Despite efforts to resolve the situation, a recurring bill for an unused month arrived. Regrettably, based on our interactions, recommending Consentmanager proves challenging. We yearn for the service promised and a resolution to our concerns. In response to Consentmanager's feedback after 30 days, I reiterate the importance of honoring our agreement for a monthly contract. My intent in sharing this review is not coercive but informative, reflecting our genuine encounter. Despite leaving contact details on voicemail, outreach attempts were met with silence. Direct communication could have mitigated misunderstandings, fostering a collaborative solution-oriented approach. Transparency and customer-centric problem-solving should prevail over mere optics.
