My review for converse.com Easy to order, found exactly what I was looking for but could have done with an image of the laces as I feel they're a bit thin. Arrived within the delivery window I was given. Not ideal that they used Evri as they have a terrible reputation (deserved) but I had no problems. It's a shame there are so many negative reviews. Had I seen them before ordering I probably wouldn't have bought from Converse direct. E

Would’ve been passable if refund didn’t take a month…
My review for converse.com I was excited to order from them but received the wrong pair of trainers. I contacted them by email and they refused to provide compensation but after arguing that their mistakes aren't my problem and they should send over the correct pair immediately, they finally threw me a 20% discount... so i still had to bother with returning and ordering the Evri delivery by myself, for their mistakes! then I didn't receive a refund for a month after getting confirmation of return and needed to chase them up via email. What a terrible company, it should not be this difficult to get one pair of correct shoes. It feels like they stopped caring about customers since they know people will still buy their shoes because they are popular- absolutely terrible experience. This was my first time shopping with them online and I honestly dread doing it again even now that I have the 20% discount... It's telling when sites like SHEIN and TEMU have better reviews on this site than converse! R

My review for converse.com Total scam. I tried to cancel my order within 15 min. Cannot cancel but enjoy our hassle free return. For any reason complete refund. That is a lie. When you try to return online you get an error message saying no returnable items. You must call you call and they never come on so you hang-up. I am contacting my credit card company and they are used to it I guess they said oh,yeah. But no refund yet. NEVER AGAIN. T

My review for converse.com I expected better handling of delivery and customer service from a brand like Converse, which is owned by Nike, one of the biggest brands worldwide. While shipping from outside the UK is acceptable, the fact that they use a courier that does not provide tracking information until the item arrives in the UK makes the delivery process uncertain and frustrating. If you plan to order from Converse directly, it's best to think twice and allow at least two weeks for delivery. J
