I can't speak for others, but my experience with cotton-art.de was less than satisfactory. I ordered 5 poloshirts with company logos, and initially, everything seemed great when I approved the design for production. However, upon receiving the shirts, I was in for a shock. The logos were significantly larger than on the approved design and completely out of proportion. Even more baffling was the fact that the logo on a size S shirt was as large as the one on a size 2XL shirt – a clear discrepancy. When I reached out to the customer service about this issue, the response was far from helpful. One staff member was particularly confrontational and rude, even making baseless accusations about me having worn the shirts, which I had not. Despite explaining the urgency of my order and the logistical challenges of returning the shirts, no effort was made to rectify the situation by resending the shirts as originally agreed. There was a complete lack of accountability for the production error. In summary, the product quality was poor, and the customer service was even worse. It was a disappointing and frustrating experience, to say the least.
