My review for cricut.com On my 2nd cricut maker (1st one hardly used and died after 13 months... all I got from cricut was sorry can't help but heres £100 off your next purchase) reluctant to buy one I decided to invest in the maker 3 direct from Cricut. 3 months later same issue with machine not fully cutting through cardstock (worked fine next day not happening) various calls and emails to support. Which is very hard to understand them. Emails they don't receive yet my email sent box says all sent. 1 full day spent on the phone and emails trying to get someone to understand me. One unhappy customer who has a wedding invite invitations to complete. Delaying my order which I could loose now. I've wasted so much card and paper stock, spent out on new cricut mats and new blades. I also bought an new press 2 in December 23. Used it handful of times and it stopped working ... error after error finally replaced after another long process of emails and phone calls. Won't buy from cricut again.... time to move on I think to something more reliable .... anyone have any recommendations G

My review for cricut.com I don't even know where to begin, I just can't recommend enough NOT to buy yourself any products made by cricut - the second you plug it in and get their app you will realise why. Thet begin by charging you a monthly fee JUST TO USE THE MACHINE!? On top of that, almost everything you wish to make with the machine will have a cost attached to it. You can not use the machine at all in any way other than thru their app, so don't even start to think "I'll create ask sorts of things with this machine" because you can only make what they allow you to make (and pay for) within the cricut app. You won't be told or read on the box or anything about just how expensive these things are to run, you won't know until you start to try and use it. I'm in Australia and the cricut machines are all minimum 200, 300 dollars and up, so you're already paying through the nose for the things, then the cheeky #@$&s are so greedy that they force you to pay more and more. And customer service? Don't even think about it, they have none. Please do yourself a favour and buy a silhouette or any other brand, just STEER CLEAR OF CRICUT! G

I’ve have it for about 2 years and it’s works perfectly fine I hadn’t used it for about a month and when I tried to use it it wouldn’t heat up. I asked for a tax/VAT receipt. They won’t provide one.
My review for cricut.com I asked for a VAT invoice. They eventually sent a document with math errors and a total value lower than what I paid. They won't respond to any more emails on the topic, autoresponder says case closed and start new requests via a 40 minute long chat queue. This in addition to discovering the cricut only works if you pay a monthly subscription, means I wish we'd have picked another product. A

My review for cricut.com Really upset with Cricut,had an issue with my order (sent wrong bundle with my maker 3), tried live chat, kept looping me around in circles, tried phoning, can't get through, tried emailing, NO REPONSE. Revisting my order again to try again, and also realised I've been over charged. I had a 10% discount code, it shows it being deducted, then 20% tax added, but the total paid still equals the original amount, the discount, despite showing, wasn't actually deducted from the total. I've now had to open a PayPal dispute. UPDATE. Cricut sent some of missing items, but not all, rather than waitng until they have and the PayPal dispute being closed due to resolution, they have instead threatened to deactivate my machine if I don't withdraw the dispute. How awful. I'm completely stunned. After buying a maker 3, all the blades and tools and materials bundle this os over £800 worth of items they are planning to stop me using, that I've paid for, that are mine. It worries me they can deactivate machines at a whim this way. R

My review for cricut.com This company are horrendous. I wish I’d known how bad the after care is before I purchased a machine and all the tools. Please people do not buy from this company. You will spend over an hour to get through to customer support and when you do they don’t know what they are talking about and are rude. This is a company that is clearly out for your money only, they don’t care about the customer. Purchased markers a week ago and was told I’d get a refund as the description was wrong on their website and they weren’t compatible with my machine. Been refunded a third of the price I paid not the full amount, 2 hours to get through and query it with no proper answer or resolution, then when I contacted their social media team I was told the markers are actually compatible with my machine and they had no care to the fact I’d spent so long trying to sort the issue and was given wrong information. Avoid at all costs. Wish I’d known before, certainly would not of given my money to them. K

I cannot say enough about the exceptional service and support I received from Cricut. I ordered a blue Cricut Maker for my daughter for Christmas, and unfortunately, it had a Bluetooth connection issue. Despite the initial setback, the support team went above and beyond to resolve the issue. They promptly replaced the machine, and when the replacement arrived with a power problem, they immediately arranged for a third machine. Throughout this process, the support team was incredibly understanding, patient, and dedicated to making things right. The level of care and attention we received truly exceeded my expectations. Cricut Canada not a reputable company
My review for cricut.com Ordered a blue Cricut Maker from Cricut on line for my daughter for Christmas. When she went to set it up, there was no Bluetooth connection. Cricut support could not help so they had her cut the belt and sent a replacement machine. Replacement arrives 2 weeks later and has no power. We are are waiting on a third machine. I am completely frustrated and angry with our experience. Selling faulty products and doing very little to make it right or compensate us for our time, frustration etc. I thought this was a reputable company but I was mistaken. 1 faulty machine is bad luck, 2 is a bad product. My review for cricut.com I was reluctant to buy any accessories from the Cricut website because they have so many bad reviews here, but they had a really good sale on for Boxing Day, so I took a chance in order to get some expensive items for my Maker 3 (rotary cutter and housing, foil kit, large mats, etc), for way less than I could at other places. Order went through, I got status updates along the way, the parcel turned up as expected, everything was well packaged and seems perfectly fine. It wasn’t the fastest delivery ever, but matched what they’d estimated and the patience was worth the amount I saved.
