However, our stay was marred by constant disruption from nearby building works, including noisy trucks from early morning till late. This unforeseen disturbance greatly affected our holiday experience, causing frustration and disappointment among all the guests. Despite conveying our dissatisfaction to the company, their response was unhelpful and unresponsive, leaving us feeling undervalued as customers. This misadvertisement and the subsequent poor customer service from Cumbrian Cottages was truly appalling. I strongly advise against using their services. J

My evaluate for cumbrian-cottages.co.uk AVOID!! We booked for Charcoal Home in Conniston. The cottage was marketed as quiet and secluded. We skilled disruption throughtout our keep from constructing works subsequent door inckuding noisy vans from early within the morning all through the day. All friends have been very upset by this because it was the not the vacation marketed and that we had paid full value for. Knowledgeable the conpany of our disatisfaction all through, and there response was fully unhelpful and unresponsive. Appalling misadvertisement and really poor customer support by Cumbrian Cottages. DO NOT USE. H
