Review Description: Tried to use curry’s as a trusted brand. They did a price match through web chat which wasn’t a good experience. The web chat lady failed to tell me I had to use it online so I had a wasted journey to a store. When I went home to order online, the code I was given wouldn’t work. Absolute waste of time. Went to Amazon. Same price, free delivery, job done. No wonder many if the old high street shops struggle if this is how they compete.

Review Description: I ordered an Iphone 14 which cost me £860 from Currys. Upon taking delivery of the parcel, I found that there was no phone inside of the apple box. After waiting 3 weeks for a definitive response, I was told that this could not be the case since there is CCTV footage of the item being packaged. They have refused to provide me with this evidence. Whilst waiting 3 weeks for the response, an agent on the live chat told me that eventually I would receive a refund. Yet I am currently without a phone and £860 down.

Review Description: I felt I was helped and encouraged despite being disappointed that the actual fridge I wanted was a good price in the Black Friday ProMotion. However I missed that opportunity and had to pay an extra £100:00 for the same model but in white. Don’t comprehend that at all.That is particularly irritating. Taking advantage of the consumer I feel.Unfortunately we needed to go ahead as we’re moving into a newly refurbished house before Christmas.

Review Description: I would have ordered from home like I did with washing machine BUT for some strange reason when ordering dryer some computer glitch wouldn’t let me. Help desk very apologetic saying I had to go in store but the sales person very knowledgeable and saved me spending too much (nearly £1,000 cheaper than the top of the range I had chosen online). Insured for 5 years so fingers crossed it still works after 5 years. Last dryer a Miele and lasted 15 years. Hoping this cheapie doesn’t break down.

Review Description: Everything great apart from the click & collect. I couldn't notify the store I was outside for some reason as my item number wasn't being recognised. When I went inside, I then had to wait near the doors for someone to bring the TV wall bracket to me. I wasn't told how long it would be (10mins) so ended up looking at other items. Maybe this is a technique so you might spot something else and buy it ;-)

Review Description: Failed to deliver at appointed time. They phoned me 2hrs after the latest delivery time to say they had been given too many deliveries for that day and were now on their way back to the depot. They said I would be given a new delivery date. Later that night I received a text message to say delivery would be in two weeks time. Next day I went into the store they said they could do nothing to change the new delivery date, but could give me my money back. I took that option.

Review Description: We had a delivery of an integral washing machine which was to be fitted by your installer. The fitter complained about electrics and booked to come back 2 days later. They didn't show. Obviously didn't want to fit it as it is a fiddley job. We a refund on fitting and had to fit it ourselves. Washing machine is good but service poor.
