The demeanor of the medical staff, exhibiting impatience over minor delays while lacking basic courtesy in case of prolonged waits, left a lot to be desired. Moreover, the experience in the exercise room was marred by an unwelcoming attitude from the trainer, highlighting the need for a more customer-centric approach in interactions with guests seeking to better their health and well-being. Despite these shortcomings, I found solace in recommending other hotels within the complex and harboring a glimmer of hope for a return next summer, with expectations of witnessing marked improvements in services. Jan, the public relations representative, could play a pivotal role in enhancing guest satisfaction through a friendlier and proactive approach. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of options that would have been worth the standard rate of 15 euros. Fortunately, we were able to enjoy a 20% discount by signing up for the duration of our stay – a delightful surprise. The spa facilities, including four pools, a sauna, and a gym, were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. Although we stayed in the less-luxurious part of the hotel, the accommodations were comfortable and suited our needs perfectly.
