I called by phone to discuss it, they say that to compensate they are going to send me something and then they don't. Then I asked some information about products, the person told me he is not the expert, but he will send the info to my mail, never did. So, they are not really professional at all with the high standards of this company. Also the gift samples that they sent me with my purchase, in poor condition I have thrown them away.
