Betaald voor levering dezelfde dag, uiteindelijk maar liefst 3 dagen later afgeleverd!!!!

This was not the case, as the store had extended hours that day, and someone was present until 9:00 pm. To my dismay, the delivery was again missed on Saturday. Ultimately, the order was delivered on Monday, three days past the promised delivery date. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction via email and phone, I felt like my concerns were dismissed, and I was only offered a discount voucher as compensation. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed, and I hope that dewijnsite.nl improves their customer service and delivery reliability in the future.
