I thought we would have recieved it by now...very disappointing and will never use this company again particularly that their prices are not much more competitive to others06/01/2024 Just read the silly response below. Retailers peak trade is Christmas and January sales yet this company takes orders, send emails WITH NO DISPATCH or RECIEVE date then blame the customer for their incompetence. it clearly proves the quality of organisation this is. Whilst ALL other dispatch and process orders immediately, this one takes 2 weeks off. Order CANCELLED and bought from more customer focused retailers at cheaper price J
