They have no link to cancel it, only to send a message to customer service, which is supposed to be a live chat and it isn't. The fact that they hold an order and then ship it as soon as you ask to cancel it, with no returns accepted, tell me I can't trust them. I like their products but if I can't trust you not to do some underhanded stuff like that, especially more than once, then I can't do business with you. So, be aware that once you place an order you are stuck with it and they don't care even a little. Be sure in your decision to work with them.
