Absolutely disgusting

My review for dx.com Absolutely disgusting, disgrace of of a delivery service. Did not deliver my parcel, lied at where they left it (through a locked gate into my garden) and refused to show any proof of delivery, no photos of the package.

Absolute shambles of a company

My review for dx.com Absolute shambles of a company. They have lost my made to measure curtains but won't admit it. Unfortunately until they admit their error the curtain company cannot replace. Therefore I'm going to have to get PayPal involved to resolve the issue with the curtain company which is unfortunate as it's not their fault but I'm nearly £300 out of pocket. Update: The curtains arrived totally unannounced. Fortunately there was someone at home. They have had the parcel since 6/2/24. Will not use any company in future that use DX as couriers.

DX – Disgrace!

My review for dx.com I have ordered some jewellery online from a well trusted and established UK jewellery shop. The package needed to be signed for upon receipt. This carrier is the worst customer experience and service I’ve had my entire life. They only deliver Monday-Friday, which is great for those out of work, retired or working from home! You can’t select time of delivery either. The only option is delivery to work, which isn’t possible. I rescheduled delivery to my partners address who works from home for a specific day, but DX had re referred 4 days later without any notice. I tried to contact them, but the number doesn’t work. I then tried online chat but was told there’s no one available!!! In the end I had to contact the seller and complain, who found an alternative way for me to receive the piece of jewellery in time for my birthday and holiday. This company is a disgrace. I never leave negative reviews but in this instance I felt I should.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

My review for dx.com AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! WORST COMPANY EVER. Today I paid £150 for a driver to drive for 4 hours to deliver a sealed envelope with my passport in DX Edinburgh (authorized location). According to what it is stated by the US VISA instructions page third parties can do it on your behalf. He got there and they refused to accept it saying it had to be me. Completely ignoring the instructions from the website!! Now they said they will return the documents, I didn't get a tracking number and don't even know if I will ever receive my passport back!! Unbelievable!!!

Driver can’t read numbers

My review for dx.com Parcel allegedly delivered at 17.05 yesterday, but not to my address - number 14 in my road, but to number 30! Parcel very clearly labelled as deliver to 14. Why can't their drivers read numbers? Won't be using DX Express again. As another reviewer said, 'shame I can't give -10!

the most crappy lying courier

My review for dx.com Send txt parcel arrive 31/01/2024 next txt driver can`t enter property so call office. Next excuse road closed, then new excuse the gate is to small for the van. I live in a street in a village but there is no gate at the end of the street. Next day the driver shows up and explain that self employed drivers are paid a very low price so they don`t come for 1 parcel to a village and make up lie to the office. Hi there ordered my new rug on the 19th…

My review for dx.com Hi there ordered my new rug on the 19th of Jan (next day delivery) got to DX delivery on the 23rd of Jan. still says received but not at delivery depot. Contacted them but no really indication that my item is going to be delivered soon. Will keep you update when or if I receive my item. Update just to let you know after being given the run around and the company telling me that it was a technical issues they have finally said the item was lost 😡. Luckily the company I purchased the product from gave me the refund. My issue is not that my item was lost as I know this happens its more about the help I received from the company. I contacted the company by email online chat a number of times but no one real made me feel they were there to help and would look into the issue with my reply’s being tec issue or contact the seller.

My review for dx.com Left parcel on my driveway in an open box when there was clearly a note on the front door telling them which neighbour to leave it with if no answer . And the neighbour was in so was no reason for the parcel to be ditched on the driveway and concerning that the box was open . Also email for them to answer me as to why this had happened but obviously they couldn't be bothered to reply or to ring . Very poor service
