I cannot thank ecampus.com enough for offering a rental option for the book my daughter urgently needed. This saved us a significant amount of money, which is a huge relief for our family. Not only that, but the delivery exceeded our expectations by arriving a whole two weeks before another company's best delivery guarantee. Amazing job, ecampus.com!

Marketplace partners is Wild West

My review for ecampus.com The marketplace partners need better oversight. The seller I used has a history of bad interactions and poor communication. Against my better judgment, I took a chance on a hard-to-find book he supposedly possessed. I was never given any actual proof the book was shipped or a tracking number. Seller never reached out when the book was supposedly lost. I have yet to receive a refund at the time of this writing. I assume that the seller never actually had the book in the first place, and their biz model depends upon a certain percentage of customers not asking for a refund. I will never use that seller, or a marketplace partner, again.
