My review for echelonfit.com Never worked out of the box.i purchased an Ex-5. I didn't care for the screen and any of their classes. However I needed to download the app on order to get the freewheel to release so there would be less tension/ resistance while pedaling. I spoke with great customer service reps however we weren't able to get the bike to recognize the app in order to solve the issue. One would expect the bike to work out of the box. I'm bitterly disappointed in the company and I wouldn't suggest purchasing this bike to anyone. K
