Onlineshop nicht aktuell, Kundenservice unverschämt
My overview for ellerbrockshop.de Am 24.03.2023 wurde nach vorherigem Telefonat mit dem Küchenstudio Ellerbrock über deren Onlineshop eine Bosch Gefrierkombi bestellt und die Bezahlung sofort angewiesen. Laut Onlineshop warfare die Ware innerhalb von 3-5 Tagen lieferbar. Am 27.03.2023 erfolgte dann plötzlich eine Stornierung durch den Onlinshop mit der Begründung das jetzt erst eine Aktualisierung durchgeführt wurde und ergeben hätte das die Ware ja nicht mehr im Lager wäre und Bosch dieses Modell gar nicht mehr produzieren und somit auch nicht mehr liefern würde. Darauf hin telefonierte ich erneut mit dem Küchenstudio und deren Mitarbeiter teilte meinen Unmut. Er versuchte eine Klärung und Lösung dieses "Mißverständnis" herbei zu führen. Leider sah das der zuständige Mitarbeiter des Onlineshop Herr Bellmann etwas anders. Herr Bellmann erklärte mir, das angeblich Bosch die bestellte Gefrierkombi nicht mehr herstellen und somit auch nicht mehr liefern würde. Zitat:"... haben wir nun erfahren das diese Geräte nicht mehr vorrätig sind und durch den Hersteller nicht mehr gefertigt und ausgeliefert werden"dann plötzlich Zitat: "Wir haben nie behauptet, daß das Gerät nicht mehr gefertigt wird." leider doch Herr Bellmann das haben SieDieses ist nachweislich falsch und wurde durch andere Händler, welche ebenfalls Waren von Bosch beziehen widerlegt. Das ich mir weitere Informationen über das Küchenstudio Ellerbrock besorgte störte Herrn Bellmann und das schrieb er mir auch deutlich. Zitat: Und noch einmal, bitte unterlassen Sie es, den stationären Küchenverkauf in Hamburg zu kontaktieren."Einen Rückruf zu einer schnellen Einigung tätigte Herr Bellmann leider auch nicht (angeblich nicht möglich) sondern schrieb einige Mails. Zum Schluß siehe da bot er mir die Möglichkeit an die bestellte, jetzt doch wieder lieferbare Bosch Gefrierkombi nicht wie ursprünglich angeboten innerhalb von 3-5 Tagen, sondern in 4-5 Wochen zu liefern. Diese Artwork und Weise der Vermarktung von Ware über den Onlineshop, betreut durch den Verantwortlichen Herrn Bellmann ist eine Zumutung. Erst den Kunden werben, dann Ausreden für Lieferengpässse erfinden, den Kunden bevormunden und vor Weitergabe seiner Erfahrungen im Web drängen ist eine Unverschämtheit und hat nichts mit Kundenservice zu tun. Ich kann nur von einem Warenkauf in diesem Onlineshop unter der jetzigen Führung abraten. K
