Terrible service

My review for emperionstore.com Terrible service, VERY poor communication and a horrendous attitude towards customers. Counters any kind of criticism with false statements and leverages the fact they're trading from outside to UK to shaft customers. I was left £50 out of pocket by this company and if they were in the UK, I would have taken legal action to recover this. They sell through Amazon and as you'd expect with a non UK Seller, that means zero protection from Amazon when they screw things up. The cost of sending items back to them is horrendous as they're in Italy and when you ask for a return, all they do is give you an address that's barely legible on the return label. I tried many times over to get a tracked return label off them and no joy. So sent back by post using the label they sent me. Then the excuses rain down and their written English is no better than a five year old could muster. Lots of negative feedback on Amazon about this company with two common themes - 1) communication is God awful and 2) they really don't couldn't care less about anything. Avoid buying from this company at all costs. Update: never did get a refund and the bad reviews keep surfacing on Amazon. Clearly one of those retailers you need to avoid and the attitude of the staff is horrendous. The only good reviews they get are of the products they sell, not the service.
