Review Description: Order never arrived, company tried to blame Royal Mail strikes on delay yet Royal Mail had only announced future dates for strike action and were not on strike for any of the period in which this order should have arrived.Terrible customer service - had to phone several times and after much perseverance and being lied to on several occasions, I eventually managed to get my order refunded.Dreadful company, will not be using again.

I've emailed the help line, which has not been helpful and says it's because of the strike, but checking today its still not even dispatched from yourselves. Review Description: Wrong sizing - messaged euro for the correct measurements I’d need for brake pads and disks. I brought the parts they said was for my car. Went to the garage to fit them and they were the wrong size. Had to buy more and return - only the front pads. The back pads and all round disks were great and fitted well.
