Given my prior commitments, I opted not to proceed with the alternative options and requested a refund on 9/12. Despite assurances of a swift repayment, my refund continued to be delayed, and the 17 days that followed were filled with unkept promises from Eurocentres. I must admit that the experience was disappointing and frustrating, especially as I had already incurred additional costs related to the canceled course.
