Review Description: Two weeks ago I sent a small parcel to my sister in Cornwall. She still hasnt got it and it has proved impossible to contact Evri by phone? Where is the package? Evri have created an incident number for this missing item but they have still not contacted me? Despite Evri advertising how wonderful their service is why can you not speak to one of their agents?

Review Description: If only I could decide which delivery company is to be used when making online purchases, I would chose any other company known to man over Evri. Constantly saying I have missed deliveries when no one has tried to deliver to my address. I can guarantee if a delivery is scheduled for a Friday I get a note saying “no one was home” or “package delayed” and don’t receive until the following week. Not to mention the absolutely useless online chat function and no other means to contact the company.

Review Description: Stay away if you can from this company. They can never deliver parcels on time, what’s the point paying for Nextday delivery when the item comes 3 days later? This is not the first time, and Im sure it’s not going to be the last time. They think they can change their name from Hermes and all their issues to magically disappear, with out trying to improve their horrible service.

Review Description: I ordered from regatta on 26th November evri received it on 28th looked on tracking it said it was at the delivery depot on 29th, the when I looked again on 3rd says it arrived at delivery depot n 2nd, contacted them and I’ve been told that they’re confident I will receive by Xmas but if I don’t receive in 10 days contact supplier. The items I’ve ordered are Xmas presents and can’t afford to buy them again. Would not recommend them I will not order from anywhere that uses them as a courier

Review Description: What can I say!! Plenty is the answer, ordered a Xmas tree on the 25th of November, received an email from Evri saying that they had received my parcel, and that it would be delivered on the 1st of December, it is 2 weeks of Xmas and haven’t heard a thing since, this company offers a terrible service, that only works for there own purposes, there only contact is by way of automated chat box, which is basically of no use whatsoever.AVOID THIS COURIER SERVICE AT ALL COSTS!!

Review Description: They have had 2 parcels from two different companies for over two weeks. Claiming to not to be able to deliver. No reason given. No updates, not delivered, will not declare parcels lost to allow sellers to refund/replace.Customer service is none existent. Review Description: 20% parcels lost, I will try yodel now..give to them 10 parcels every day, 2 of them never arrive to destiation, so the 20% is a very High rate loss.Impossible to talk to anyone, only a stupid AI chat. The refund average time, is 3-4 months after the period you have start the claim. So for me is the end of the story with hermes with a new look, but same junk service, good luck.

Review Description: I'm another person who will not be ordering anything from a company who use Evri (Hermes) as their carrier. Why does this company still exist? Changing their name does not make it a better company. A parcel that was due to be delivered on 9 December is now 'on the way back to sender (according to tracking information). No contact with me or any explanation for the return. I can't get hold of anyone to discuss this. It is not the first time I've had problems with delivery from this company.
