When I first started ordering from farnell.com, I was impressed by their impeccable service. However, my recent experience left me disheartened. I ordered a "Full Reel" of 1250 parts but received Cut Tape of 1237 parts instead. Frustrated, I reached out to their customer service, only to encounter new representatives who seemed unable to understand my issue. After a series of back-and-forth communication, I was shocked to learn that the MOQ for a re-reel is 100, making it impossible for me to receive the remaining 13 parts on a re-reel. This was not the proactive solution I had hoped for. Such a letdown from a company I once relied on for quality service. Farnell.com used to be my go-to supplier, but now they've been relegated to a last resort option. It's a shame that I can no longer rely on them after doing so much business together. I can't help but feel utterly let down by my experience with Farnell. After eagerly placing an order in December 2022, I patiently awaited its delivery in April 2023, only to be met with disappointment. Upon reaching out to chase my order in May, I was shocked to learn that it had been canceled without any attempt to contact me. Farnell claimed that the cancellation was due to a supposed rejection of the payment request by PayPal, despite my having authorized the payment back in December. To make matters worse, they informed me that the item was no longer in stock. This entire ordeal has been nothing short of a farce. What adds salt to the wound is that the item was intended to be a special birthday present. The letdown is truly disheartening. My experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, to say the least.
