Review Description: I made a purchase. Once the order was placed I saw that the system only put part of the shipping address. I immediately contacted customer service and was told that the order was already in process that nothing can be done. I responded with that wasn't my error but a system error their response was no it wasn't a system error and that I should contact the post office. Not only were they not helpful but to put blame on a customer is very unprofessional.

Review Description: I return stuff in the beginning of June and it is not the middle of August and I have yet to give me any of my money back despite receiving the packages in early June. I’ve called him and promised a refund at least six times and nothing has come back I will never buy anything from here again they are horrible please don’t do it you will never see your money again

Review Description: The absolute worst customer service experience ever. OMG it is literally taking 10 days to cancel my subscription. That doesn't make sense at all. Please please hire better customer service agents.It seems they have no clue what's going on. Im very frustrated.

Review Description: I returned some items on May 6th. I was told it would be 7 to 10 days for the return to be completed and now it is May 25 and after I have called several times and made a big fuss I received an email saying that they have process my return. It makes no sense for it to take this long to do a return and give me my money back. Also I don’t understand why some of the items look one way online but then when you get them they look totally different.

Review Description: I purchased a dress on April 29, 2021. Received the item on May 5,2021. On May 8,2021 I got an email stating the item was on sale, called customer service to get a credit and was told they could not price match because it was over 8 days. If I return the dress and repurchase it at the lower price it would be the same thing. Why do I have to be inconvenienced.

Review Description: I wish I would’ve read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a pair of jeans and tried to return them. They sent them back because it was past the date of return by a week. I didn’t even get the jeans in a timely matter due to the pandemic. I tried to tell them that but they didnt care. Horrible customer service and would not order from them again. There are much better options out there .

Review Description: First I couldn’t place my order on their website because something was down at the time. I called their customer service and the operator was polite. When I received my dress it was so wrinkled it looked like it was twisted into knots. I’m shocked who would send someone who pays for their merchandise that looks like second hand goods ? I’m very displeased and disappointed in them for sending me a dress thats as wrinkly as a dish rag. Now I have to bring this dress to the cleaner to be pressed before I wear it.

Review Description: I ordered a pair of jeans on August 30th and returned them due to not liking them. The waist was very small compared to other jeans purchased from them. The return policy on the shipping label said I had 45 days to return them. They returned the $98 jeans back to me saying their policy changed on August 7 stating I only had 15 days to return them. Everybody I spoke with refused to honor what was printed on the packing slip.
