My assessment for floraselect.internet I ordered 5 rectangular fibreglass planters in white. Once they arrived I at first had no concept what they had been as a result of they seemed like polystyrene ice-cream packing containers. However oh my goodness, the runaround I had attempting to alternate them or get a refund - neither of which occurred in the long run. I spoke first to somebody referred to as Andy, who might have been the rudest individual I've ever handled. He was aggressive, abrasive and wouldn't let me end a sentence. He completely refused to have something to do with the difficulty and received very aggressive after I instructed him I would depart a foul assessment on-line. Subsequently the proprietor of the nursery wrote to me and apologised for his behaviour, however wouldn't undertake to exchange the planters as a result of they might not assure that the courier firm would not injury them in transit. (Why use them then?) They provided me a couple of names to see if I may rent somebody to return them, however the price of hiring a courier would have been nearly half the worth of the products.
