Review Description: I bought 11 perfumes. Out of that 11 only 8 were what I believe are the authentic perfumes I was advertised. 2 were not real and I could tell by the bottle and the liquid color even both of the bottles designs. So I returned the 2 inauthentic perfumes along with any perfumes that smells didn't go with my body chemistry.

I contacted fragrance net via email (their phone always says it's after business hours even when it's not) and they responded after 3 days saying I have to wait another 8 days to "see if it arrives"? SERIOUSLY? I have to go deeper in to my pocket to purchase this holiday gift AGAIN from somewhere else and fragrance net does not want to refund my money. Their customer service is pretty much non-existent. I will never order from here again..

Review Description: I ordered two bottles of cologne almost a month ago. I spent well over 100 and another 15 for 2 day delivery. I still have not gotten my package. The items sold weren’t even in stock, per their customer service. And this was not indicated on the website. If it had been, I wouldn’t have wasted my time and money. It’s been “in transit” for weeks. And the transit date just keeps changing when it says it’s to arrive the same day I keep checking. Won’t be wasting my money here anymore. I’ll be sure to let others no not to either.

Review Description: Impossible to get a hold of customer service. My order number is 277847205. I placed this order 10 days ago and I have not received any updates on my order. I tried email and calling several times. The phone does not work as it keep saying error 21. No email response either after a couple emails. I have no clue why the order is taking forever and it is very frustrating to reach out to a company that does not have a working phone number or people answering emails.
