Horribly rude customer service… a few months ago, it took me over a month to get my money back after I shipped back a returned item to them. This experience was really bad but despite that, I put in a few pickup in-store orders recently. When I called their phone line regarding the pickup orders, the service rep had to be the rudest person I’ve dealt with at garage. Accused me of lying over and over again about an order being ready for pickup at my local store (I had two emails from garage confirming the pickup was ready! Went into the store and picked it up myself, it was 100% there) and stubbornly hung up on me when I offered to send her the emails as proof? Short tempered and simply horrible at their job. I’ve been shopping at garage for over ten years and refuse to ever give them my business again after this. The second person I spoke to was much more nice and explanatory but this isn’t a company worth dealing with, they’re so disorganized and clearly don’t care about their customers anymore.
