Items not delivered no way of contacting them to ask

My review for gettingpersonal.co.uk I bought 4 items and paid for express delivery. Item 1 arrived the next working day. Item 2 arrived on the second working day. Items 3 & 4 have not been delivered and it's now the third working day. The company's Chat service has been shut down. When you call you are put on hold for 10 minutes then played a message saying there's no one available to take your call! No idea if I'm going to get what I ordered or not

Wrong item

My review for gettingpersonal.co.uk Wrong item waa sent out, I had to ring customer services who sent a link where I had to attach photos of the wrong item so it could be passed onto the seller. The seller then sent an email asking me for the same photos. They had already been sent by customer service. A replacement was then sent out, surprisingly it came much quicker than the wrong item. No good will gesture was offered by the seller

Although the representative promised to follow up and provide me with an update, the promised communication never arrived. To my dismay, my order was eventually cancelled and refunded, leaving me utterly perplexed and utterly devoid of Valentine's Day gifts to present to my loved ones. As Valentine's Day arrived, I couldn't help but feel a sense of bitterness and frustration. Where were my carefully chosen gifts? Why had this company failed me so profoundly? The lack of transparency and communication left me utterly heartbroken and disillusioned. JUST STAY AWAY!

My review for gettingpersonal.co.uk So I ordered once years ago and thought it was okay, standard is pretty average hapoy enough I ordered again but out of 3 items I ordered in OCTOBER 2023 only 1 actually arrived (promptly I will say) when asking for the other 2 to be chased up or could I have a refund they replied that they would chase it up and I'd likely hear back from them within 24 hours that was on the 6th November 2023 and that was the last I heard from them, I have emailed since and try again every now and then but just get ignored so they have essentially stole my money with no goods and nothing in site of a refund either! Avoid if you can! Next time just put your money in the shredder and throw the remnants in the fire at least you get the entertainment of watching your money while it disappears.

Awful customer service

My review for gettingpersonal.co.uk Awful customer service! I ordered a personalised book for my partners 40th birthday and it came with the wrong name! Not my mistake as I hasten to mention. Customer service sent me a blanket email basically washing their hands of the situation. VERY poor!

Please avoid risking your money until reviews improve or you can confirm the company still exists

I was eagerly awaiting a special order from gettingpersonal.co.uk, but after 9 long days, my package hadn't even been dispatched. Despite their prompt email responses, no action was taken to address the issue. This was especially disappointing as it was not a cheap order. Regrettably, I missed celebrating my brother's 50th birthday and am now on the verge of missing my 15-year-old son's birthday as well. This experience has left me disheartened, and I won't be placing any future orders with them. Such a letdown when life's special moments are missed due to delayed orders.

My review for gettingpersonal.co.uk If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a personalised map jigsaw puzzle middle of Jan they ask you for the street address and postcode you want on the puzzle, anyway I received the puzzle and nowhere on the map is the street or postcode I'd ordered. Web chat staff didn't help no response to emails and PayPal dispute sided with seller as I still received jigsaw regardless of it not being what i ordered. Complained on fb they actually responded to a message claiming they'd emailed when there was no email in any of my inboxes to verify this, stating the map I ordered cannot provide street views (even though there are some streets on it just not the one I'd asked for) so they can't refund. So not only have they falsely advertised this item asking me what address and post code I'd like to not actually provide that, they are withholding the right for me to return for a refund too. They also claim they can't take liability which is why they can't refund as it's clearly easier for them to not take responsibility, shouldn't be selling stuff they can't take liability for! Disgraceful dishonest company. Would AVOID if you don't wanna loose you money and get something you didnt order.

My review for gettingpersonal.co.uk They are good enough quality but a simple mass ordered glass bottle that they print a letter on. The letter doesn’t come out particularly easy to see. Not really worth the price in my opinion

A refund promised, but not forthcoming

My review for gettingpersonal.co.uk I contacted The card Factory because I was not happy with the print I received, too dark!. Things were checked, and I was assured I would receive a full refund within 5-7. This has NOT happened.

Frustrating experience with the…

My review for gettingpersonal.co.uk Frustrating experience with the customer service agent - Charlotte. The communication was unclear, and she seemed disinterested in resolving my issue. Placed an order and never received order confirmation. Contacted CS to obtain information regarding this and after 24 hours they confirmed they can't see any order even though I was charged. Anyway, I went to place a new order (after they refunded me) but the offer has finished. Charlotte said she can't honour the price even though I contacted within minutes of placing my first order. Her responses were short, not informative and ignored everything I said. She even said I am more than welcome to leave her a negative review which I found quite funny as it only shows how much interest she has in her job. Overall, the CS service fell short of expectations. Although products are nice the customer service experience is off putting. Train these people or hire someone who cares. Thanks.

Everything I purchsed was perfect BUT ROYAL MAIL SUCKS

My review for gettingpersonal.co.uk Everything I purchsed was perfect, delivered to the people on time HOWEVER Royal Mail threw one parcel over the wall, and as a result the book I ordered got wet. The recipient only found the book the next day, despite a note on the door saying Be Patient as there is a handicapped person living in the house and it may take a bit to get to open the door!
