Review Description: I have now been let down by this company 3 times. Excuses for delays inclie 'frame has broken during glazing process ' - but guess what it now out of stock and prices have increased so you can't now get the style you wanted. Or a variation on this theme, i can't help but think they make an excuse to make you spend more. I won't be recommending or using them again in the future. I would urge anyone thinking of using them to think twice.

Review Description: I've been getting my glasses from Glasses Direct for years and their Black Friday sale convinced me to buy a 'bonus' pair of glasses in a different style to normal. The service was as good as ever and the quality is great. I like that they send update emails about where the process is up to so I know when to expect the glasses too.

Review Description: First time using Glasses Direct and very impressed. Pretty quick delivery and fitted first time. Both my wife and I have varifocals so as first time users had to send off prescriptions. Less than half price of high street opticians.

Review Description: The communication from the company wad great, I was kept dated. Also, despite the royal mail stroke, they arrived in good time. However... the glasses are much good for my eyes due to the lenses making my vision blurry.... I am quite upset because I love the glasses

Review Description: I have received my glasses within the promised period, the frame quality and comfort are very good, only to be disappointed by the fact that the right lens prescription was made totally wrong, despite the fact that I have sent a screenshot of my prescription as well as manually filled in online. The SPH was made +2.00 and CYL - 0.25when it should be - 2.00 and - 0.75 respectively. As a result, the vision through the right lens was totally blurred :(

Review Description: Like the glasses, Ray Ban, however I asked for the lenses to be polished at the sides/edges, and the frames to be level, right and left arm/leg. Neither of these were done, although the arms/legs are not too uneven. Still when you go to the local opticians to get these things sorted they are never too happy to do them as you did not buy your glasses from them so Glasses Direct really should make sure any request in your email is followed correctly.

Review Description: One of the two pairs of glasses I had ordered was a poor fit (my fault - I hadn't read the full dimension information of the website when I placed the order). I returned the pair and Glasses Direct replaced them with a better fitting pair all completely free of charge. You can't ask for better customer service than that.
