Worst airline in India right now, wish i had the option to give 0 star

I can't speak for anyone else, but my recent experience with this airline was far from acceptable. With just 35 hours until my flight from BLR to GOI, the airline informed me that my flight was canceled and suggested traveling the next day or via a lengthy layover in Mumbai. When I asked for an alternative direct service on the same day, I was told there were no other options available through their partners. To make matters worse, the customer service was anything but accommodating. Needless to say, this airline has been blacklisted by me and my family. I strongly advise steering clear of this airline at all costs. My interactions left me and my loved ones thoroughly dissatisfied with the standard of service we received.

I was scheduled for a morning flight to Delhi at 0545, and my encounter with the check-in manager left much to be desired. His behavior was, to put it mildly, extremely unpleasant. As a customer, I believe that basic respect and decency should be a given, especially in a customer-facing role, and unfortunately, this was sorely lacking in my interaction with the check-in manager. What struck me most was his lack of empathy and understanding in his communication with the passengers. It was evident that he lacked the basic courtesy and professionalism one would expect from a customer service representative. Furthermore, what troubled me the most was the apparent discrimination in his conduct. While he allowed other passengers to check in with two pieces of baggage, he refused me this same privilege, despite it being permitted by other airlines. The disparity in treatment was both perplexing and disheartening, leaving me feeling disregarded and unfairly singled out. The check-in manager's demeanor was one of intimidation and disregard for the concerns of the passengers.
