Review Description: Unlike other people I purchased this camera for work photos. I realize its limitations and work around them with various other cameras. I am more than pleased. I was warned off the camera by many, but have found it to be excellent for photography - I keep it on linear. Now that the winter is here, am planning on playing with the video settings.

Review Description: I ordered a camera and then wanted to return it. The agent advised I refuse delivery which I did on 28th November. It is now 14th December and I STILL don't have my refund. I have had 3 online chats with agents, all taking significant time, and today the agent couldn't tell me what the status was, or when I will get my refund, 17 days and counting !! Terrible customer service.

Review Description: Just reiterating what others have said on here. It is still going on (December 2022). You buy a camera and you get automatically signed up to a subscription for a year for 'free'. They fail to tell you that it automatically renews. Nor do they warn you.Then you get stung for $70 for second year. You can complain all you want......they don't give a F.Last time i order anything from Gopro. Pretty shoddy tactic in this day and age.

Review Description: The gopro is nice but beware of the scam they pull on you. They give you the "free" subscription and then charge you $50 the next year. It says one year subscription but it doesn't start when you get the camera, it's on the order date, which is a week before you get the actual camera and a day before a confirmation email. Even if your one hour late they don't give a ..........., too bad they say. Would never buy anything from this company stay far far away. nice product terrible, terrible, customer service.

Review Description: Ordered a Go Pro (expensive) Go Pro used a carrier who just dropped the package at the door step (in city where porch pirates are known) - didn’t request signature drop off - package stolen - Go Pro (provided with evidence of theft refused to reimburse or re-issue) - it’s the carrier and Go Pro that should be responsible - horrible customer service - will never do business with them again - wise up Go Pro - cuz this customer is Go Pro Gone #gopro - their business practices should be re-evaluated

I thought UK distance selling laws covered me for this, surely they have to follow the 14 day cooling off period and refund money. Review Description: I usually don’t give a damn about reviews but this companies a joke when it comes to delivery estimates. Express shipping is non existent. Customer service team is clueless. I can’t believe it’s a big company. Tbh, the smartphones are already taking over cameras and action cameras.
