My review for gopro.com Customer service is absolutely awful! Had to contact them as I bought the GoPro as a gift-full package with subscription in Black Friday offer. Planned to give the GoPro as a Christmas gift but my partner works away and wasn't home until after new year so gave for birthday in January instead. I didn’t know there was a 60 day limit on transferring the subscription! No number to call them- unable to request a call back as captcha not working and after 8-10 attempts for chat-eventually got through-and no resolution-didn’t want to know and cut me off!
